Emily Danuco - Class 1995
BSN, RN

Emily graduated from Far Eastern University Institute of Nursing in 1995 and immigrated to United States. She worked as Medical-Surgical/Oncology nurse since 1996. She also worked as Home Health Liaison/Case Manager, Liver Transplant Coordinator for 7 years, and currently a Kidney Transplant Coordinator in San Francisco. 

Emily is highly visible “nurse influencer” fostering positive image of Filipino nurses by being active with the Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA) since 2011. She is the current PNAA Assistant Treasurer, Chair of Membership Committee, Co-Chair of Global Affairs, Adviser to PNAA Western Region, member of Community Outreach Committee Bylaws Committee and Kabalikat Task Force. At the local level, Emily volunteer at the First Aide booth with PNA Northern California during community events like “Kalayaan”, “Pistahan”, and “Pasko ng mga Bayani”. She also volunteers in her community to ensure everyone has equal access to resources and services. She advocates for an inclusive work environment where everyone thrives, feels valued, and appreciated. Emily attributed her growth as a volunteer leader through the mentorship of all seasoned Filipino Nurse Leaders who paved the way for minority nurses to have a voice in America. 

Emily attended her first FEUNAF Inc USA Grand Reunion in 1998. She loved meeting fellow alumni and dedicated many years in reviving the Northern California Chapter. She believed in giving back to FEU-IN and has been involved in the Annual FEU International Nursing Conference.

Aida Arcibal Imperio - Class 1972
BSN, RN

Aida is currently a retired Nurse Educator Consultant. 

She has practiced in different roles as Clinical Instructor, Critical Care Staff/Manager, Educator/Director, transplant Coordinator, Case Manager, Quality Improvement Coordinator and Joint Commission Surveyor.

She has been actively involved with Philippine Nurses Association of Metro DC as an Executive Officer, Board of Director, and Medical Mission Coordinator, Greater Washington Area Chapter of AACN and UP Nursing Alumni Association, DelMarVa Chapter

Aida is the Board of Director and Education Co-Chair of FEUNAF, Inc. USA
