REFUND STATEMENT

The 2025 FEUNAF Grand Reunion is a non-refundable event. By paying the registration fees, you agree that the organizer will not issue you any refund if you fail to attend any of the activities. Refund is only given in cases of cancellation of the event by the organizer or the hotel management, or when an attendee has any health care related emergency situation during the reunion that will prevent him/her from attending the event. Any request for refund should be done within 10 days after the late registration deadline or within 5 days after the last day of the reunion. Refund will be processed and will be mailed to the Alumni within 60 days after the Reunion.

- a $40 administration fee will be deducted.
- Any online or processing fees will not be included with the refund.
- Membership fees will not be refunded and will be forwarded to the respective FEUNAF Chapters
